At Innovative Machining, we strive to offer efficient processes that provide quality parts and fabrications. We are excited to announce that we will be adding two new horizontal machines to our horizontal machining line up in 2022!
Mazak HCN-5000 Horizontal Machining Center with MPP
The first machine is the Mazak HCN-5000 horizontal machining center with MPP. The MPP (Multi Pallet Pool) is a carousel style automation system that operates similar to our Palletech system, but on a smaller footprint. This MPP & HCN-5000 system will be equipped with 6, 500mm pallets once it hits our production floor tentatively December 14th. Having this automated system will allow for faster setup times and throughput which increases our overall machining efficiency.
Mazak HCN-6800 NEO
The second machine is the Mazak HCN-6800 NEO horizontal machining center. This machine will be integrated into our existing 20 pallet, Palletech system as a 3rd machining station. We will be acquiring this machine on November 16th.
