Marc Jankowski
President
Marc Jankowski is the President of Innovative Machining. He was elected to serve as President in July of 2022. Before being named President, Marc was Innovative Machining’s General Manager since October 2020. As General Manager, Marc was responsible for overseeing sales, finance, and manufacturing. Prior to joining the team at Innovative Machining, Marc has worked for other manufacturers such as Proto-1 Manufacturing and Manitowoc Tool and Machining. He has over 10 years of experience in manufacturing. Marc earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh focusing in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Double Major Finance and Marketing) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In his free time, Marc enjoys spending time with family and his wife. They enjoy taking care of their dog, Norie, who is a lab hound mix. They also enjoy going up north and riding the UTV trails.
Jason Miller
Project Engineer & Supply Chain Manager
Jason has been in the manufacturing world for over 20 years with a background in sales, quoting, engineering, purchasing and inspection. At Innovative, Jason’s role as Project Engineer and Supply Chain Manager allows him to be a part of the process from start to finish. He gets to work with a lot of amazing customers to make sure they receive exactly what they are expecting. In his free time, Jason enjoys camping, hunting and spending time with his family.


Marty Thompson
Operations Manager
Marty has been in the machining industry since 1985 and is the Operations Manager for Innovative Machining since 2019. Throughout his career, Marty has held many positions within the machine shop. Marty started out learning how to run machines at the 1st shop he worked at. Over the years, Marty has worked up to various Management Positions. Marty has supervised, scheduled, purchased materials and tooling, outsourced jobs, hired and trained employees and overseen machine maintenance. At Innovative Machining, Marty gets to do many of the jobs that he has experience in. Marty enjoys spending time with family and friends, the great outdoors, and can never get enough throttle therapy.
Seth Johnson
Marketing Manager
Seth joined Innovative Machining in September of 2022. With 7 years of experience within the manufacturing industry and quality control, Seth serves as Innovative’s Marketing Manager, spearheading marketing efforts through transparency, creativity, and technology. Seth is a Winneconne High School graduate (class of 2015) with an Associates Degree in Business Management from Milwaukee Area Technical College. He’s a self taught photographer with a creative eye for night sky. When not at work, you can find Seth traveling across the US and the world, capturing his adventures through his lens.


Jeanette Larson
Quality Manager
Jeanette joined the Innovative team in 2020 with 28 years of quality experience and currently serves as Innovative’s Quality Manager. Jeanette has a strong background in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 compliant quality systems, throughout various industries including electronics, plastics, and metal. She enjoys the diversity and challenges that the quality side of manufacturing brings, as each day is a new experience. In her time away from work Jeanette enjoys hiking, boating, and checking out different craft breweries.
Ken Koeppen
Purchasing Manager
Ken has been serving as the Purchasing Manager at Innovative Machining since 2019. Ken is a well-organized, creative, and results driven operations management professional with over 25 years of experience in purchasing, materials management, scheduling, training, and leadership in a wide range of industries from apparel to machining, fabrication, and assembly. When not at work, you can find Ken either out on the golf course or spending time with his family.


Jamie Zoromski
Controller
Jamie Zoromski has been the active Controller at Innovative Machining since September 2022. Jamie started off in the accounting field at her church in 2002. It was there that she determined that she enjoyed doing accounting and decided to pursue a secondary education. Her educational background consists of an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Fox Valley Technical College, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Lakeland University, and a Master of Business Administration from Lakeland University. Since then, Jamie has worked at several public accounting firms, corporate companies, and small businesses. Working at a small business is one of her passions which is what brought her to Innovative Machining, LLC. Jamie is a life-long Wisconsin native, and currently reside in Appleton with her husband Corey. They have one grown son, Michael. In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling, listening to music, cooking, playing board or card games, biking, and watching the Packers play football. One of Jamie’s main passions in life is meeting new people, talking to people, and helping people. One of her favorite quotes by Bill Nye is “Everyone you will ever meet knows something you don’t.”
Stephanie (Stevie) Janke
Project Manager
Stephanie (Stevie) Janke is Project Manager here at Innovative Machining. Having worked in the manufacturing Industry for over 30 years with experience in castings and machining, Stevie has a good understanding of fixture design and GD&T. Stevie has a passion for working with people and strives for learning new things and doing the best she can do every day no matter the task. In her spare time, Stevie enjoys the great outdoors and getting together with friends for campfires, entertainment, food, and drinks.


Richard (Rick) Van Domelen
Project Manager
Richard (Rick) Van Domelen is a Project Manager at Innovative Machining. In past years he was a machine operator and a machinist. Rick worked his way up into programming in the pattern and mold industry and later in the machine shop industry. He started his journey with Innovative Machining in August of 2017. Rick does his best to quote build to draw, weldments, and Assembly projects. He enjoys seeing a project or an assembly when it finally comes together. Rick is a class 1991 graduate from Appleton H.S. West. His post high school education includes U.W. Oshkosh, Fox Valley Technical College and Kettle Moraine Technical College. Outside of work, Rick enjoys doing most anything that includes hanging out with his wife and kids. When the weather is nice you can usually find Rick outside doing something. These outdoor activities may include boating, swimming, walking, traveling near or far when/if possible or just chilling on the patio or by the fire pit.
Jill Van Thiel
OFFICE MANAGER
Jill Van Thiel is the Office Manager at Innovative Machining and has been with the Innovative for 20 years. In that time, Jill have worn many hats, but her main role with the company is managing all of the HR needs. Jill has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work with a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Outside of work Jill enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active. On the weekends you will often find her on the sidelines of a local soccer field or basketball court cheering on her two kids.


Ryan Mathison
Project Manager
Ryan Mathison is a Project Manager for Innovative Machining LLC with 30+ years of experience in manufacturing. Specializing in machining parts, welding, waterjet and value-added assemblies from sub-assemblies to complete machine builds. In early, 2000 Ryan designed and built a 5-axis CNC machine in his garage and advertised it at the IMTS show and sold them to Nokia to make cell phones. He has a passion to expand American manufacturing. Ryan’s down time is spent with family and friends on his small farm and in Navarino Wildlife area.
Myriam Obregon
DIRECTOR OF TALENT
Myriam joined Innovative Machining in January of 2024. With 15 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry, Myriam currently serves as Innovative’s Director of Talent, where she has a passion for finding the best talent for the right positions and building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her four adult children, her family, boating with friends or going on ATV rides.


David Deese
Project ESTIMATOR
David Deese began his career in machining career in the machining technology program at Fayetteville Technical Community College in 1997. A proponent of lifelong education, he is currently enrolled in a business management program at Western Carolina University. Throughout David’s career, he has been fortunate enough to work jobs with a good mix of metal stamping, and CNC machining, both prototyping and production. David has held roles as a machinist, tool maker, Quality Engineer, Tooling Engineer, Process Engineer and a manager. David’s most recent position was a CNC Machining Instructor with ATDM in Danville Virginia. David enjoys spending time with his wife, Jeanne, and their two daughters. He also enjoys fishing, his boxer dogs and cooking.
